Human rights labor management policy
Yu Sung Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. strictly adheres to domestic and international norms related to human rights and labor, respects the dignity and human rights of all stakeholders, and is making its utmost efforts to practice human rights management based on this respect.
01.
Takes the lead in eradicating harsh treatment in the workplace, and does not threaten or subjugate workers with verbal abuse, violence, mental and physical coercion, sexual harassment, or any other harsh or inhumane treatment.
02.
Ensures that all work is voluntary and does not engage in the buying and selling of individuals, slave labor, forced labor, bonded labor, contract labor, or prison labor.
03.
Employs workers who are older than the greater of either 15 years of age or the minimum legal employment age, and does not use child labor for any purpose.
04.
Does not force overtime or night work on young workers.
05.
Protects student workers according to relevant laws and provides necessary education and support.
06.
Complies with all relevant laws regarding working hours and days off, and all overtime work is carried out voluntarily.
07.
Ensures that all workers receive at least the legal minimum wage and allowances, and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
08.
Guarantees the freedom of association for all workers and ensures there is no interference, discrimination, retaliation, or harsh treatment related to this right.
09.
Establishes policies and standards through this policy and continuously improves this policy and related standards.
10.
Does not discriminate against workers based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender, marital status, nationality, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, union membership, or any other status protected by national law during recruitment and other employment practices. Additionally, pregnancy or medical examinations are not required except as mandated by law or necessary for workplace safety, and workers are not unfairly discriminated against based on examination results.
